The total charge for all of this was $25,439.62. This amount would be pro rated t= o the number of months remaining on the Lease at the time an acceptable replacement tenant is found. Of your 5 year Lease, there is currently 2 years and 8 months remaining so just over half of the Landlords costs wo= uld be owed at present. - We could prepare a marketing flyer that will be provided to Tenants in the building along with our internal list of contacts. The administrati= ve cost of this is 1 month of Gross Rent if we are successful in finding a replacement Tenant. If we are unsuccessful in the first couple weeks of marketing we would recommend engaging a company like Shindico that has larger network of potential tenants.
