The *B2B* *SOC Volume Trend *chart below shows that SOC Volume attribution to the Sales Team started around Jan 2022 and ended around May 2023, after which, SOC volume is attributed to Rev Ops. I have also included a *B2B Revenue $ Trend* chart which shows the revenue tied to the HCL Team and Rev Ops group over the same time horizon. - The average monthly revenue attributed to the HCL Team during their active period (Jan 2022 - May 2023) =3D *$318,909* - The average monthly revenue attributed to Rev Ops after the HCL Team's active period (Jun 2023 - Jul 2024) =3D *$468,746* *B2B SOC Volume Trend* [image: image.png] *B2B Revenue $ Trend* [image: image.png] When looking at the Orlando Office, I'm actually not seeing any significant SOC volume over this same time horizon (see below). And the little volume I am seeing is all attributed to the Sales Team. Does this low volume seem odd to you?
