Please find attached a draft resolution authorizing Tim Thomas to apply for an agency license as a respondent, to be signed by Timothy Thomas, Chen Xie and Angie Markwell, as I understand from your last emails that these are the only directors for Home Care Assistance.

However, I wanted to inform you that the REQ lists the following people as directors, which are not the same as the three mentioned above:

Also, I see that the email you received this morning asks you to add an extension number to your application in the respondent section. Could you please provide this number? I will then be able to do this modification for you online.

Sorry I misunderstood the ask.  Yes, if Angie needs to be listed as an Officer, that is fine.  I don't understand what's in Appendix A as it is in French.

Michael, I am also taking this opportunity to follow up on your last email (attached). I wanted to first thank you for the additional information, and clarify that the term "officer" used in the Regulation respecting personnel placement agencies and recruitment agencies for temporary foreign workers also includes directors. Therefore, in the agency license file, the Company's directors should also be indicated as "officers".

In the REQ, the directors who are indicated for Home Care Assistance are:

- Timothy Thomas
- Michael Schantz
- Thomas Smith
- Chen Xie

For the purposes of the agency license file, I understand that I am replacing Mike Schantz's name with Angie Markwell's name. I just wanted to make sure that the other directors of the company are also listed on the agency license file and that I don't have to add or remove any other people.

Also, as stated in my previous email, I would also need to confirm that the answers you gave in Appendix A in the attached document are still valid, considering that Angie Markwell is added as an officer (I understand that she is in fact a director, but for the purposes of the agency license, she would be listed as an "officer").
