I'm not certain how we will set them up in CC just yet. We will have multiple clients with them listed as the payor. It might be possible to use a single CC account but I can't confirm just yet.

I just spoke with them and unfortunately this is a government agency. They're unwilling to sign up for autopay. This is the only payment method they support.

Attached is a letter with payment info for our CAD receivables account. 

 

However, I’m concerned that as Liz points out below, that we’ll get into a cash app nightmare as we receive payments that require manual intervention to match them to the invoice.

Are we comfortable w/clients sending funds direct to the bank and emailing remittance? Historically not being on autopay requires approval from CFO and Division head, this is similar, but also can lead to unapplied cash if they fail to email the Payment Application DL and let us know which invoice they’re paying.
