I think threatening both the caregiver and client is fine, but we should regroup if we don't get traction as filing lawsuits for these relatively small amounts given non-competition type laws may not be fruitful. Cheryl, I've attached some sample letter templates you can use/revise as needed. Let me know if you'd like to discuss further.
