Merchant Services Change- Card & ACH Payment Processor for Customer Payments

Good Afternoon-

 

Reaching out to inform you of a change to our merchant service provider,
moving away from Versapay, now partnering with Chase Paymentech. While this
change is almost completely transparent to our customers there will be one
small customer facing change, for those who monitor their banking activity.
This change should have no impact on any other payment processes.

 

Prior to the change clients would see "VSP Home Care" on their Card/Checking
account. 

 



 

Moving forward, they will see "THEKEY MANAGEMENT LLC" on their Card/Checking
account.

 



 

The below divisions transitioned today; Our goal is to transition all
remaining entities by the end of next week.
