I wanted to provide you with the results of the AI Interview Pilot we conducted in Austin, San Antonio, Roanoke, and Lynchburg. *Findings:* - Hires remained steady MOM in Roanoke and San Antonio. Hires declined in Austin by 5 and in Lynchburg by 4. - Average time to hire did show improvement across all 4 sites with the biggest improvement seen in Austin and Roanoke. Additionally, we found it did not replace the need for a recruiter interview, nor do we feel eliminating the recruiter interview is the right thing to do given we are sending these individuals into people's homes to provide care. The value in this tool was helping the recruiter hone in on who they should prioritize contacting and interviewing out of the multitude of applications they receive. Rather than implementing a new technology into our process, we feel we can accomplish this same outcome by refining the pre-qualification questions asked through the Humanly apply process and directing all applicant flow through it. This would translate into iCIMS as a % match to tell the recruiter which candidates meet 100% of the outlined minimum qualifications (which will be set up to vary based on individual site needs). The recruiter will then contact these individuals right away and prioritize getting them interviewed rather than spending time interviewing so many candidates that don't meet our minimum requirements.
