Caregivers employment agreement

Thanks for the template and the time invested.

Here is Chantal's recommendations for your consideration in order for you to avoid having to send simultaneously French and English versions of the Caregiver employment agreement to a candidate:


  1.  Inserting in page 8, just before "In witness whereof..." (see attached), the following item: This Agreement is available in French and in English.  This agreement is drawn up in English at the express wish of the parties.
  2.  If the previous is done, consider removing the item 3 in the Quebec addendum (see item highlighted in yellow in the attachment).
