As a valued Worldline merchant, we wanted to remind you of the upcoming bank holiday on: *=E2=80=A2 May 19, 2025 ( Canada) Batch files are not processed on bank hol= idays, and we want to make sure that there is no interruption to your processing. = * Is your business impacted? Yes, you will need to adjust your batch upload date in order to process your payment credits on time. If your batch upload is not adjusted, your payments will credit on the next business day. What action does your business need to take? *Review the schedule* (seen in the drop downs) to determine when to upload your batch files to ensure your credit date isn=E2=80=99t delayed. *Please note, it is your responsibility to ensure batch files are uploaded on time. There is a credit date change fee of $100.00 for approved requests. However, we can not guarantee any requests to adjust the credit date. * Our Customer Care hours are reduced on bank holidays.
