Hi Kim and Tim:

In recent weeks, we discussed specific CGM employees without client
assignments who are ineligible for the CGM Bonus.

Thus, their job duties substantially differ from Caregiver Managers, so we
should change their Job Profile (JP) accordingly. This is more important
now that we base bonus participation on the specific JP names,
automatically derived from Workday data.

Our proposed plan is to re-activate the Employee Care Manager and move the
following employees into the ECM JP. Jazman and Kristen will review the
material with Emily next week for approval. Additionally, we wanted to
ensure you are OK with these moves, given that the ECM is 1 grade lower
than the CGM. The table below shows their current salaries, and the salary
range maximum for the ECM.

The salaries of the three highlighted employees are currently above the
range maximum. However, in 1-2 months, we will implement new salary ranges
across TK, and all of those range maximums will likely increase. Also, we
will create a separate salary structure for NYC Metro, so those ranges will
increase more than other locations. Accordingly, I believe only Karen's
salary will remain above maximum when the ranges are adjusted.

Please let us know your thoughts on these proposed changes.

Thanks,

Bob
