Can you please remove the postal codes with the red Xs and add the postal codes with the green plus signs from this doc ? For Richmond, please bid up in those two postal codes (with the green x). The red x at the bottom over the empty space should move to active exclusion if possible. The blue circles mean we will want a radius in that area but I need to get back to you on where the radius should go, so please wait to make changes there. Let me know if you have any questions.
