Hi Sardar,

Please show me where you “discussed” that as all has been through email and we have never spoken.  I have reviewed the emails and do not see where you mentioned that, nor was that included in the artwork.  I was told to buy data with names and that we would variable print 1 colour black onto the postcard where the white area resided, which we have done and how it was quoted.  If you wanted that, your artist needed to include <First Name> in the artwork above the “test your brain health” then provided the font.  We also would not have printed offset as that is a variable digital job and required a new quote.  (I do not think there’s even enough space on the art to accommodate a name based on your font size and spacing.)  See below and as you’ll see, the name would have sat very close to your logo.  We also sent through a proof for review and it was approved to print which we have completed.  If a name was supposed to be included, that should have been advised and the press proof should have been rejected.  We offset printed 10,500 postcards already as requested and quoted.

We have not printed Calgary yet so if you’d like to add the name to the front of the postcard, please ask your artist to rework the file and send the art with the <First Name> field in the art + the font package.  I will also need to requote and it will be more than the budgeted $4,000 since it’s variably digitally printed 2 sides which is a more expensive process than offset printing bulk and inkjet printing the name and address to the white box.
