Emails were provided as requested for database access. Our leadership team was not aware that 2 of our staff were contacted directly by CLC and participated in training today. Our policy is that all scheduling must be arranged through our office and not directly with our staff. Additional training for our staff must be agreed to and scheduled by our office. We want to ensure the appropriate staff are included and the appropriate processes are followed.
