We were not offering any bonuses other than the stipends as Dawn outlined.
That being said, I believe there was a spreadsheet sent around last month
with oncall bonuses for team members who do oncall only and I know I was
surprised to see we were offering this. I am not sure how those were
calculated or if any of this was in writing in their offer letters.
