Please provide the policy and/or procedure (essentially the protocol) in regards to employees reporting an absence and any records pertinent to said policy and/or procedure (a document with Athonia’s signature acknowledging receipt of policy/procedure, for example).

Anthonia should have been paid overtime as applicable with each pay period. Our payroll team is working on calculating her missed overtime pay and will be issuing that to Anthonia.
Can you confirm which holiday you are referring to as Anthonia worked on July 1st and September 1st both of which she was paid time and a half for. I've reattached the applicable pay stubs and highlighted it for your reference as it relates to the holiday specifically.
