Hello,

I am revamping my cadence call schedule across the regions I support.
Instead of monthly calls for each leader, I am moving toward a tailored
support system to better reflect business needs as well as to be respectful
to your current workload.

*Please note that I will remain regularly available to you on an as-needed
basis and will continue to provide the same high level of support. *

I have reviewed Q3 Employee Relations data to determine which tier will be
best for each leader. This is flexible-- as business needs change, it is
normal to move between different tiers.

*I will be sending out new invites starting next week to reflect the new
cadence for your site/region. *

If you have a preference of which tier, summarized below, that you would
like to start with, please feel free to email or chat me directly. Thank

*Tier 1*
