I wanted to give you a quick update on market performance for PPC. Looking at December and January, here is the performance breakdown by market: [image: Screenshot 2024-02-07 at 3.11.48 PM.png] Notable wins: - After increasing the budget for Toronto and continuing to focus on that market's campaign optimization in Q4, we saw 5 SOC for the market!!! That is stellar! We need 2-3 per month to justify the $10k CAD budget so we're right on track there. - Waterloo has performed extremely well for such a small market. - Montreal has seen consistent results - Mississauga has continued to do well with 1 SOC per month since we consolidated it with Oakville Notable areas of opportunity: - Vancouver is struggling to get its opportunities to SOC. While it had 2 SOC in November, we haven't seen one since then. Can you connect with the team please? It would be great if you could look through the closed leads with them to see if any reasons stand out. You can find the records here . - If we don't see improvement in February, we will likely need to reduce the budget slightly since it's one of our highest budgets. - Hopefully, the keyword changes we are making for all markets will improve performance. The market has 5 opportunities and 2 assessments completed in February so far, so please make sure the team focuses on pushing those through to SOC. - Calgary is inconsistent - it has 4 SOC from November but only 1 SOC from December/January. It does seem like a couple are still possible due to the long lead time with the CDHC package. You can see the open record follow-up for open records in January and Q4 '23 here .
