The way we calculate Tier 1 for the monthly incentive simply looks at the last 4 weeks for the client by the last full week in the month, but the 4 weeks do not necessarily need to be in the review month. So for February for example, the last full week is actually the 17-23rd. So as long as a client had a shift in February that was more than 30 (31+) days from their service start date, and the average of their last 4 weeks was greater than 30 (30.1+) then it would count as Tier 1. In Will's example, a client could end today for example, and as long as their last 4 weeks were greater than 30 hours and their tenure by their last day was greater than 30 it would count in the month of February. The catch is that since that client is deactivated, it of course won't count in the next month so they now need to make up that client in the next month to have hope of hitting their target in March since the target always grows by 1. Happy to jump on a call and talk through some scenarios if there are still questions!
