Thank you for these. I have a few edits and questions that I'll get over to you shortly. I am going to forward the second article over for posting right away since it talks about spring, which is very short here and I like that one as-is. Hope this works for you. 

I'll track down a good photo of Dennis. His last name is Fancy. My title here is General Manager. Home Care Assistance Winnipeg opened in 2017. I think this covers all your questions!
