I wanted to touch base with you to gather your thoughts on signing-up for our in-house social media management program. Last year, we launched SOCi at our Miami conference and I am happy to report that around 50% of our offices are using the program to increase their online presence and engagement. Below are a set of metrics that compare our quarter-over-quarter growth since launching in November. *Network-wide SOCi metrics:* - Facebook posts reached 2,005,412 users. (108% increase from Q4, when we reached 963,915 users) - Facebook posts had 3,270,972 impressions. (108% increase from Q4 when we made 1,499,142 impressions) - Facebook fan base from 12,600 to 13,574. (8% increase from Q4 - avg. across SOCi partners is 2-3%) - Twitter following grew from 1,887 to 1,961. (4% increase from Q4) *Based on January, February and March performance review. *Here is a quick recap of our deliverables through SOCi:* - We are posting content daily to your FB business page and LinkedIn business (or personal) page - We are posting content 2X per day to your Twitter account - If you have an Instagram page, we will be posting only local content to this page. See our @TeamHCA brand page for sample posts. - We will respond to comments/engagements on your behalf but you will be responsible for responding to private messages. - We will post up to eight localized posts (ideally it would be two per week) across your social channels. Please send videos and pictures of local events, sponsorships, caregiver/client appreciation, etc. with background information so that we can put together interesting captions. You can also send links to any media coverage you get or articles you byline in local publications - We offer a boosting feature that you can opt-in to *(**On average, offices who are boosting content are attracting three times as many fans, 30,000 more unique visitors, and engagement is three times higher.)* *Pricing* You will be billed $150 at the end of every month. This amount will be included in your Royalties Invoice. If you would like to leverage our boosting feature, an additional $30 will be billed per week onto your invoice. If you are not currently using a social media management provider, I highly recommend tapping into this platform for a turnkey solution to posting high quality content across your social media channels!
