However, they informed our registered agent that they don't have an ETA of when this will be completed and filed. They said they have another project that takes priority. I scheduled this for follow up in a couple of weeks. (I emphasized to our registered agent that we'd like to use LiveWell for all entities starting Oct. 1st. She'll do her best to keep this top of mind for the state of MA.)
