Sorry I missed the call yesterday but having some = work done at home and couldn=E2=80=99t get away. A couple of things I wanted to bring up. Firstly the landlord for Westmount is asking which of two =E2=80=9Csides=E2= =80=9D (offices) we would want to keep so he can begin marketing the = other. One side has a washroom and no kitchen=E2=80=A6so if we keep = that one, we have no kitchen and no space to put one. Alternately, if = we keep the other side, we would need to convert the kitchen into a = washroom=E2=80=A6a very tight washroom. All to say neither option is = very good. I know it will be harder but I would be inclined to ask the = landlord to try and find a tenant for the full double space given these = issues; however its your call. On another topic, we are looking at changing up our radio ads. As you = may recall, we have been running 60 second spots on news/talk radio for = quite awhile featuring a more informative/educational format. I think = they have been effective as a branding tool for us. Given the new = corporate structure, how should we approach this and for that matter our = entire marketing/advertising activities going forward? Do we continue = to manage locally or is there any centralized strategy which we should = follow or a hybrid model for that matter?
