Hi Alexa,

After our conversation about keywords not showing up, I did some research and we made some changes to the Google Ads account which SHOULD allow for more transparency from the accounts we manage.

It came down to creating a unique UTM to pass back the info for CallRail. Not a big deal and this has been implemented in all accounts.

Also, in Vancouver’s analytics, we’re seeing a corporate Google Ads account that has been linked to it.

This could make the data look skewed and we are wondering if we can remove it from the analytics. I believe this is the only account that’s been linked to an analytics (besides the accounts we manage).
