As of right now, you are to mention the 18-19 range to the Caregivers but do not hint to them that we can pay any more than that-- Just that 18-19 is our range and ask them if they would accept a case for $19/hr then proceed or screen out based on that. If you see continued pushback that affects your recruiting efforts, please let me know and I will relay that. Between you and I, we do have some flexibility to increase rate, but it will be comparatively rare and will require approval from up the chain. However these ranges are not as rigid/strict as the ranges imposed by rate cards. If we have an important case we need to get staffed, we have wiggle-room, but that will be rare.
