Recruiters: Veronique & Melissa *Key points (Recruiters)* - All hires must have a signed offer letter, hiring packet, tax forms and Sterling Background check completed. - Collect Legal Name, telephone, home address and email to create a caregiver profile. We will create the Clearcare profile to save time. Hires *MUST *accept an activation email from* WellSky/Clearcare* to receive shift notifications and emails. *Current Needs **(Recruiters)* - Drivers with vehicle - Daytime availability - 7 AM starts (*1st priority*) - Afternoon/Evening availability (2nd priority) - At least one year of professional experience - Can do meal prep, light housekeeping - Must agree to a minimum shift of 3 hrs - Weekend availability - Tech-savvy - Preferred experiences (Parkinson's' care, Hoyer Lift experience, Advanced dementia care) *Clearcare protocol **(Recruiters)* - Upload the offer letter and all signed documents - Add profile tags "*Express Hire*" and "*Background check*", & your recruiter tag *Operations * - When an express hire is assigned a shift, please let the Ambassador and Client Success manager know to do a mini-orientation and give a thorough care plan debrief.
