Hi Tim,
Part of the HCL Comp Plan is a "Supplemental Bonus" where HCLs who have
been hired for 6months or less are eligible to relieve a commission portion
of their HCL bonus. Julia sends me a list of those who are eligible, where
certain goals also have to be hit, and if met (and $2000 in Commission not
attained) we provide a supplement bonus of a sum that raises their
commission to $2000 for that month. I am not sure of how the goals are set
here, you would need to reach out to Julia Jenkins or Ashley Mirone for
that information.
For Isabelle here, her proof shows her commission earned in August was
$157.79, and because per Julia she was $2K Supplemental Bonus eligible, an
additional $1842.21 was added to reach $2000 in commission bonus for
August. So the ($2000 + $750 in Client Acquisition Bonus) X CAD
conversion rate is how we got her final August Bonus.
