Hi all, please note that there is also currently an issue with ClearCare that is causing some caregivers to receive an error message that their clock-in or clock-out has failed. Their apps will show that they are clocked in/out, but ClearCare will not receive the clock-in and will reflect that they are not at the visit. You or the caregiver may receive the alerts from ClearCare. Caregivers should use telephony if necessary. I will provide updates here as we have them."
