I can assist to set up this vendor and payment , but still need Steve or Tim to log into Coupa to request a new supplier. I’ve attached the new supplier request process.

 

Once the new request is complete , please let me know. I will take over the rest to make vendor active in Coupa.

 

Steve /Tim will need to request for a check once the vendor is active in Coupa.

Attached is a draft settlement agreement to present to Helen Beresford. As outlined in section 1, once the agreement is fully executed, we've agreed to issue the $3,107.56 payment diretly to client's account on file within 30 days.

If you need her to sign an agreement, feel free to email it. I’ll print it, get her to sign it, and then send you a scan of it.
