Hi Team,
To better align with the needs of our business based on geographic regions,
our Collections team is working to gain insight into the specific
requirements behind the process of cutting off service to existing
customers. In the link below I have setup a template that I’d ask for you
all to fill out for your regions. My team can then use this info to better
help ensure we are following the rules and regulations of the different
markets in which we operate. *Nothing will change in terms of our process
of cutting service- We will continue to partner with you on past due
accounts and the final call will remain at the discretion of the field
teams.*
I hope to have this list completed by end of September. Please let me know
if you have any questions and thank you in advance for your help to this
end.
