I forgot to mention that this initiative has no cost or legal exposure for The Key. This is a College here in Vancouver. I have worked with them for more than 4 years now hiring their graduates and placing them for practicum with our clients. Now that this college has this new project, is giving The Key preference and exclusivity, being this a competitive advantage over other agencies, if the school goes elsewhere, they would have an advantage over us. If the project gets approved, we will have the potential to have steadily qualified and registered staff even across Canada. The college has started working with Alberta and Ontario licencing.
