As per the new pay rate, it'll be $18-19/hour now. There was a dip in a couple dollars for the maximum. My initial concern was that other agencies pay closer to $23, which is one of the reasons why we increased the range in the first place (and lowered the margin %). Another concern is that we are trying to focus on quality, however, our best caregivers usually make more. I feel as if it could become more of an issue. If we went by these new rates, would we still be able to grant salary increases? Let me know your thoughts!
