Happy to add them, but I also don't want the field to perceive they won't get ample support unless they are on the critical need list. Everyone should be getting the support and focus they need to be successful. The tactics we applied in September while they were on the critical need list will also continue moving forward - for example, the Employer Brand Ad campaign through Glassdoor and Indeed was launched for them on 9/12, but will continue through 6/6/25. Transparently, we simply did not have the right recruitment leadership in place prior to September in the MW. I think St. Louis will find that now that Cassandra is leading the team, they will receive the ongoing support they need and should have.
