He has limited contract recruiting experience, hasn't handled a large requisition load and my biggest concern is that he didn't maintain focus when we spoke. He would talk at length about topics not related to our call, I had a hard time redirecting him and he wouldn't let me speak. I don't think that would fare well in this role. On the other hand, I thought Michael was fantastic for the role. I'm happy to extend an offer if you are ready!
