We have had Dan Pfau as a 24/7 client since July of 2021. He has a rate of $40 per hour. In May, Ann Pfau (daughter), asked us to add Susan, Dan's wife, to the services after she started displaying dementia symptoms, which she is in complete denial of. We created a new client as the corporate process dictates for Susan Pfau at a rate of $5 per hour. The payer is Bessemer Trust. They just told us that Susan will not approve invoices pertaining to care for herself. The family is asking us to combine her rate with Dan's and bill it all under one invoice, which we can do. There is no change to the total revenue billed each month, it is just being billed differently. With that said, this will impact two separate keys in our bonus structure- Tier 1 count and billed hours. (Susan has been a client for 31 days, so the retention Key should hold up in May) I'd like the team to still receive bonus credit in those other two areas. Can you help with that?
