(time off, etc.) - Caregiver App - who will manage the alerts? ( example: caregiver requesting PPE through the App) - Corporate policy for EPIC? - Are we paying for orientation in all markets now? ( Toronto, Calgary and Winnipeg pay - Montreal, Mississauga, Oakville, and Vancouver don't pay) - Care Academy - should the recruiter set up the new hire in the Care Academy and then hand it off to Ambassadors? Is it an expectation that all offices use the Care Academy? - Dementia training? Who will invite to dementia training, and do all caregivers have to complete this training? Will we pay for this to be done? - Whats the best way to hand off "new hires" to the ambassadors? Email/Spreadsheet/run a report? - Is there a budget for the Ambassador team? (caregiver of the month, short shift pick up, birthdays, star performers, Christmas parties, etc.) Let me know if you have any additional questions, Looking forward to our upcoming leadership call, Regards, Chuck -- Chuck Terlesky B.A., CCPE General Manager Home Care Assistance Calgary Home Care Assistance Winnipeg Office Calgary: 403-301-3777 Office Winnipeg: 204-489-6000 37 Richard Way SW, Unit 305 Calgary, AB.
