Hello Jeff,

Thank you for making time to meet with the Home Care Assistance/TheKey Team. We are interested in partnering with you to help you maintain/improve your census. The below is a non-binding proposal and we look forward to your feedback.

  *   $750/month rent
  *   On-site non-caregiver staff, $45/hour, starting 6-10 hours/week. Atria Amber Meadows can flex the schedule
  *   We can incorporate a customizable comprehensive programming package (that fits your community's needs and in consultation with you or your recreation team); includes cognitive exercises, blood pressure monitoring clinics, facilitate educational events with Subject Matter Experts in ageing/dementia (similar to what we accomplished with Angela Gentile) etc.
  *   An agreement can be drawn up once we are aligned on these essential factors. A 60 days notice can be provided if the arrangement is not working/conducive from either side.
Can you please let us know if The Westhaven would be interested in a similar proposal? We are willing to present this option to this community as well.
