Hi Joey, I just submitted the Hardware order through Rogers, and add you as the customer for shipping updates. The new model is an iPhone 15 with 128GB of storage, this should be double what you currently have. I will update you if I receive any more information from Rogers. Please let me know if you experience any trouble. Thank you, Aaron Worob Network/Systems Administrator aaron.worob@thekey.com

Hey Aaron, The 15 is good (time is more of a priority)!! Right now my capacity is 64GB. Would it be possible to get a higher GB phone as I am often over my limit due to the amount of work I do though my phone!! Thanks,

Hi Joey and Tim:
I checked with Rogers, and Joey's line is eligible for an "upgrade". Our other carriers provide a discount with this sort of "upgrade" but Rogers does not. The iPhone 15 Pro Max is currently out of stock, with no ETA, but we can submit the order and Rogers will ship when they have stock again. This cost is $1644 total, split across 24 invoices at $42.31 a month. Rogers does have the iPhone 15 in stock for $1027 total, charged $26.42/month. Ordering from Rogers is rarely quick, but please let me know which path would be preferred, and I will get the order submitted.
Thank you,

Hi Aaron,
We've got a large credit still pending on the Rogers account. Should be fine to get some new devices. My iphone 14 is pretty beat up as well.
I've seen the refurbished phones out there and some are in rough shape. It's definitely a point of contention for some GMs
Thanks

Hi Joey,
We do not have any of the iPhone 15 Pro Max models on-hand. The few that were purchased came as part of a deal with our US-based carrier, and were approved for only a small group of users. Since your line is with Rogers, that makes the process quite a bit more difficult and significantly more costly. I'll speak with my management, and see what we can do.
