I was sending out the emails when they were built in payroll. Misty and Cheryl (who are doing payroll) will continue to do this once I leave. In addition to sending it out at the time they start working, there is a requirement to send out a reminder annually. I used to do it toward the end of December and I sent it as a blast via Clearcare. If you search VRSP in the messages from an existing caregiver from last year, you will see the message and can adjust as needed. This will need to be done toward the end of the year again, but payroll would not be in a position to handle sending a blast. If someone could please flag this for follow through in December. Thanks.
