One of the things we are struggling with is how much law offices here are charging/quoting us to review an SPA as well as oversee the sale for us. We are being quoted between $25,000 - $40,000 and this seems to be way too much for us considering we are working with HCA corporate and not an unknown entity which in our minds should make the transaction slightly easier. It could be that we are getting these high quotes because we are talking to slightly larger firms, but we are also trying to stay away from very junior law firms as well to make sure they have the right amount of expertise. Could you please provide some feedback on this and let us know what your thoughts are on the quoted range we have received and if this is so far off the mark of what you plan to or are spending for legal fees for this?
