The 2 reasons we are returning to Home Care is they were not able to change my father on their own and the personality conflicts with my mother. Arthur has been great with my parents and is able to physically work with my dad. In summary of the text below, we are making this change so that my father's position can be changed every 2 hours and his diaper checked/changed every 2 hours. Any ideas how we can monitor my fathers meals better ? Can we perhaps log his 3 meals a day ? If Arthur can also take a look in the micro wave or counters to see if any raw meat has been left out. I think she takes it out to plan to cook it then forgets. For the 24 or 16 hours,right now is not possible for us,we are going to stick with trying the 7am-9pm, this way we will have someone with him for all his waking hours.
