They are consistently telling us that they do not want caregivers and the list of caregivers on the do not send are growing. They have now requested to have two caregivers put on the do not send again. I have been firm with them multiple times in telling them that we need to coach caregivers and not just replace them and that has not mattered to them. They will not let us coach caregivers, they threaten to use their other agency if we cannot fill their shifts. This is becoming more and more difficult for schedules to be able to fill the shifts. The daughter just sent us an email demanding the Wednesday caregiver be removed and that the client would "rather kill herself" then have the caregiver back". When I followed up with the client because she called me 4 times in 5 minutes she said the caregiver didn't turn her to both sides to change her brief. This is not sustainable, there is nothing wrong with the caregiver and they will not allow coaching.
