As per the hours she is doing, she has been doing the same hours for months which is 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM with 30 Minutes lunch which means we end her shift at 03:30 PM on the invoice. For when she arrives late. Since she starts late, she wants to finish everything she is supposed to do before she leaves. She will never stay later then the time she was late. And if ever she stays late, unless you are telling me otherwise, we bring back the hours to the regular schedule time.
