It all depends on the needs of the clients they are servicing.. I attached a form that Cincinnati uses that assigns a score to each client based on their Tier Level (A, B, C) and their difficulty level (hard, moderate, easy) they would combine those scores for each client and then lay out the clients in the spreadsheet and ensure that all care managers had a similar score for their total clients. This way one client care manager may have less clients overall but the same score making it equal.
