AP and Salesforce for Sydney

She can log into AP but is unable to view Office Reports for example as she doesn't have permission. Sydney is a CCM and should have the same access to Salesforce and AP that our other CCM Taylor Cleland has if this helps at all. Can you please advice on how we can get this done so we can continue her training?
