With the holiday season in full swing and the end of 2020 right around the corner, here are some great initiatives for your attention this week: *Pamela Jett *was a hit as she delivered a webinar on "How to Stay Relentlessly Positive" last week. Congratulations to you for a tremendous job promoting this event. Based on the comments taken from the enormous chat log, Pamela was successful and well received. What=E2=80=99s left? As= ide from practicing the very real techniques we all learned, Pamela left us with many fun ways to follow up with all invitees. And, we made it easy - attendee / chat reports have been uploaded into the Pamela Jett Folder . You can easily see who attended and the chats they left. For anyone who missed it, we got special permission to record and use the webinar for 90 days. The webinar has been uploaded here onto our YouTube channel an= d we will be sharing this on social media in January. *NEW *HCA Life Enrichment Guide! Back by popular demand, we have created a new Life Enrichment Guide that we encourage you to share far and wide. Our strategies are as follows: - *Senior Living Communities* - send this to Activities Directors and Executive Directors at SLCs. Ask for a meeting to walk them through the guide and showcase its value for their residents as well as use it as an opportunity to talk about BCM and CTM. Offer to do a virtual walk-throug= h of the guide for their residents as a special event. - *SNFs* - send this to the Community Liaison or social worker/administrator designated to oversee activities at the SNF. Ask fo= r a meeting to do a virtual walk-through of the guide for their patients. - *GCMs - *send this to your GCM partners. If we currently are providing 20+ hours of care to their clients, explain how our caregivers can use t= his with their clients to provide enrichment and stimulation. If this is a G= CM you're looking to partner with, use this as an example of our elevated service offering and is the type of thing that sets us apart from other home care providers. - *Legal/financial *- send this to legal/financial professionals to share with their clients. Just like you do with a GCM, use this as an example of our elevated services offering and ways in which we enhance t= he lives of their clients. - *Local chapters of national organizations/professional groups - *send this to these groups/organizations and offer to host a "Lunch n' Learn" where you walk their members through the guide and explore it together! - Chamber of Commerce - Rotary - Junior League - Alzheimer's Association - Parkinson's Foundation - *Reference the Enrichment Guide Best Practices
