As a live-in caregiver since October 2018, Ivy has built incredibly close = relationships with her clients. She's focused on the big picture, not just = the daily tasks. That means going the extra mile on the little things and s= mall moments that make can make a big impact in the life of a senior. Case = in point: Ivy recently took the initiative to purchase holiday decorations = for her client, who was hosting a celebration. Ivy works to understand her = client's needs so she can not only accommodate them, but deliver next-level= support. In her own words: "By reminiscing about their good times, and incorporating= that into our care plan, we create a bond that gives our relationship the = feeling of a family. What I love about my job. and what gets me excited, is= knowing that I have the opportunity to make a difference in somebody's lif= e while serving them." Thank you, Ivy! We appreciate you! En janvier, nous aimerions souligner le travail de notre aide-soignante du = mois, Ivy! Ivy est aide-soignante r=E9sidente depuis octobre 2018 et a r=E9ussi =E0 = =E9tablir d'excellentes relations de confiance avec ses clients. Elle abord= e la situation dans son ensemble plut=F4t que de se concentrer sur les t=E2= ches quotidiennes. En d'autres mots, elle surpasse les attentes en traitan= t avec importance les petites choses et les petits moments qui font une gr= ande diff=E9rence dans la vie d'un ain=E9. Voici un exemple concret : Ivy a= r=E9cemment pris l'initiative d'acheter des d=E9corations de No=EBl pour u= n client qui attendait des invit=E9s. Ivy s'efforce de comprendre les besoi= ns de ses clients pour mieux les accommoder tout en leur offrant un soutien= qualit=E9 sup=E9rieure.
