Hi Team, We=E2=80=99re excited to announce that starting September 3rd, our local of= fices will take over handling all client and caregiver calls during business hours. This shift is part of our ongoing effort to strengthen connections and enhance service for our clients and caregivers. What to Expect: - Call Routing: Calls will be directed to the local office in two ring groups: - Option 2: Calls from existing clients - Option 3: Calls from caregivers - Missed Calls: If a call is missed, it will be directed to a voicemail box. An email will be sent to everyone in the ring group notifying you o= f the missed call. Please note that missed calls will be automatically deleted from the voicemail box after the email is sent. Tips for a Smooth Transition: - 8x8 Setup: Make sure your phones are active on the 8x8 system and your status is set to "Available." - Response Time: Aim to answer calls within 3 rings. - Email Follow-Up: Respond promptly to the emails regarding missed calls that you can action.
