If you look at the email she tried to CC back on Feb 16th, that is not my email address nor was this email forwarded to me back then. I checked all my emails and did not get any request for Eva Kertesz prior to yesterday. Nevertheless, I sent her the statement earlier today and she acknowledged receipt and said thank you so all is well now. Going forward if there are any issues with timing for replies and or urgency for request, please let me know. Account statements will have a 24-48 hour turnaround time given that quickbooks cannot be accessed by more than 1 user at a time.
