Please reply to this email thread with any updates, so that our team can accurately track these clients. - 159051 Robert Gowans - Client is just being difficult to make payments, stating that it takes 10 days to move money from an international bank account to his Canadian bank account. Client keeps stating he has to go in person to transfer payments over. Timon Page to follow up with customer, otherwise we will need to threaten suspension to get customer to pay follow up 12/17/2024. Balance of $774.91. - 146220 Tanzil-Ur-Rehman Muhammad - Daughter Nimra has not been responsive to outreach from Michelle, balance has been updated and invoices corrected but we are unable to get a payment commitment. Timon Page to call Nimra and Client's son to secure payment, otherwise we will need to suspend services if we do not receive payment. Client is on a government run program, and Timon Page feels like we will get paid, but client's daughter is using any discrepancy to withhold payments. Follow up on 12/17/2024 Balance of $22,720.13.
