If that is not possible then yes very similar to what you suggested but just with all the adjustments done first so they all show itemized on the next invoice. Can you confirm they can appear as separate line items? Does this make sense? Oct 16-31 - Invoice total $3,749.65 SFMC Adjustments = $2765.24 (all of them above) SFMC= $984.41 (this leaves a SMFC underpayment of $383.11) Family account = $0 Nov 1-15 (invoice total not yet known) SFMC Adjustment = $383.11 (corrects for the Oct 16-31 SMFC underpayment) SFMC = $1,282.05 Family account = Invoice total - $383.11 - $1,282.05 The reason for this is I'm past the deadline to submit so I'd like to get all the adjustments on the next bill. Technically October is not part of this audit so the $383.11 can wait until the next invoice to be fixed.
